Set within Suncadia Resort with a quiet pond view and the golf course beyond, Alpine Retreat Suncadia is built for the trips where everyone comes. Five bedrooms and four baths accommodate fourteen guests, with two primary suites on separate floors and four distinct living spaces — adults by the fire, teens at the shuffleboard, younger kids upstairs, nobody on top of anyone else.

The main floor opens into a great room and a full chef’s kitchen outfitted for real cooking, with a second family room for quieter evenings. Seating for eight indoors and eight more on the deck means the whole group eats together, inside or out. Central heating and air conditioning keep the house comfortable year-round, and high-speed internet supports the stays that mix work with time off. Outside, a private hot tub and deck seating look toward the pond and tree line.

Sleeping Arrangements

Two primary suites anchor the home — one upstairs, one on the main floor — each with a spacious en-suite bath. Separating them across two floors gives two couples or two families genuine privacy rather than one good room and a compromise.

• Main-Floor Primary Suite — King bed, plus a twin daybed with pull-out trundle. Gas fireplace, TV, desk and chair for working, en-suite bath and walk-in closet. Sleeps 4.
• Upstairs Primary Suite — King bed, TV, two single lounge chairs, and a generous en-suite bath. Sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 3 (main floor) — King bed and TV. Sleeps 2.

Two Spaces to Play

The converted garage is where most groups end up — shuffleboard, a tennis table, foosball, a TV with console gaming, and a dining table for group meals or cards, plus a two-to-three person infrared sauna for unwinding after a day on the trails or the slopes.

Upstairs, a dedicated kids’ lounge offers a big-screen TV, games, and a shelf of books — a place for younger guests to settle in with a movie while the adults stay downstairs. Between the two, families with a wide age range rarely find themselves negotiating over one television.

Traveling with Little Ones

We keep a high chair, toddler chair, playpen, and baby gates on hand at no extra charge — so you can leave the bulky gear at home and use the trunk space for something else.

The Location

Dawson Park is an easy walk from the front door, with tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, a soccer field, a playground, and picnic areas. Swiftwater Cellars — Suncadia’s own winery and restaurant, set above the Rope Rider golf course — is also within walking distance for tastings, dinner, or a summer concert on the lawn. Beyond that: thirty-six holes of championship golf, forty-plus miles of resort trails, and Lake Cle Elum for swimming and boating. Historic Roslyn is four miles out, and Seattle is roughly eighty minutes west over Snoqualmie Pass.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home. Access codes are sent before arrival — no key exchange required. Please note that this home does not include access to Suncadia’s Swim & Fitness Center or Nelson Farm Pool.

House Standards

Suncadia observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Exterior noise monitoring is in use; there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the home. No pets. No parties or events. No RV, trailer, or street parking per Suncadia rules; parking for up to six vehicles.
